Fibrous polypropylene separation material

The material is made from 100% polypropylene, it can be produced hydrophobic and hydrophilic. It is resistant to alkalis, does not contain metal compounds.
The material is not toxic, not explosive, not combustible and is characterized by high degree of both microparticles of dust and macroorganisms retention. The material possesses high sorptive and filtering properties. It is not wettable at use.
The material is produced not rolled (existing types are 1А, 2А, 3А, 4А, 5А) and rolled (existing types are 1Б, 2Б, 3Б, 5Б, 6Б, 7Б, 7Б-2).
Textile parameters are specified in coordination with the consumer at processing.

Application
- At manufacturing of alkaline accumulators for different industries (railway transport, coal industry, in charging devices for tanks, planes, etc.).
- The material can be used at manufacturing of composites with high sorptive and filtering properties against harmful aerosols and mechanical impurities.
- The material is used as pad material for respirators.
