It is a mixture of polyethylene glycol ethers of fatty acids with dispenser. This viscous oily liquid with low foaming and optimal frictional properties is used as antistatic and finishing agent. It emulsifies in water, compatible with coal oils.

Application
It is applied in form of 3-5% water solution as lubricant for synthetic fibres at different stages of manufacture and in various technologies; at spinning of wool and mixes thereof.
It is applied as emulsifying agent and antifoaming additive.

The composition is based on coal oils, alkyl phosphate and nonionic emulsifier. The oily liquid of yellow color. Essentially reduces friction of synthetic yarns at movement along various surfaces.

Antispray agent P-200

It is a solution of polyisobutene in liquid paraffin. It is a transparent viscous liquid. It essentially reduces spraying of finishing oiling agents of high-speed machines at stretching and texturing of synthetic yarns.

Application
It is applied as additive to finishing lubricant in quantity of 1-2% by mixing at room temperature for reduction of spraying at lubrication of yarns and improvement of their compactness.
TRIALON 17
(TU 6-36-00209556-84-91)
It is a mixture of alkanolamine ethers and a fatty acid. It is a finishing agent, softener and antistatic combined. It is easily compatible with various emulsifiers. Water compositions of TRIALON 17 impart PAN-fibre a soft handle, shine, low constant of friction on metal, good antistatic properties. That is why additional antistatic treatment of fibre is not needed. It is effective at application of 10% water compositions containing 70-90% of TRIALON 17 and 30-10% of emulsifier. It is a solid substance, can be produced in flakes. It emulsifies in hot water, dissolves in organic solvents. The shelf life is 1 year.
